First impressions are vitally important to the success of any organization. In the church, these first impressions are usually visual. A message is being sent even before the first word is spoken. The Men's ministry team makes sure that this message is a positive one. They work to ensure that the church is a safe, friendly, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Workers in the Men's ministry are responsible for the general care and upkeep of the church building and campus. This includes maintenance of buildings, care of parking lots, maintenance of all safety features, and landscaping of the grounds.

Duties are distributed and assigned to the staff depending on the need and function of the campus. The buildings and grounds are maintained to ensure proper operation for functions such as weddings, funerals, conferences, dramas, and all other scheduled events. In the event of any major decisions or repairs, the division leader is contacted for further instructions.
